TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR ISSUES
The document and workflow management system lets you keep track of workflow from the very beginning - from receiving a document via mail (incoming mail, electronic data exchange) - through internal processing of the issue, to production of outgoing documents, their assembly and tracking. This way an individual issue is recorded as a whole, not only with attributes, and is stored completely in the electronic form (scanned documents, saved working documents, other supplemental data).
MICROSOFT OFFICE AND PDF FORMAT SUPPORT
The solution is integrated with the Microsoft Office package. Documents can be produced in the favourite text editor - only now they are orderly stored. Transfer of data from the records to the MS documents is automatic. All captured documents (scanning) are saved in the PDF format so they are easily accessible and can also be forwarded to a client or printed on a paper.
