- Installed Lotus Notes client
- Installed scanner drivers
- Installed »PDF« document reader
(e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader)

INSTALLATION |

- Start the installation file which you downloaded from our site
- After the setup has finished, copy the InteliScan Notes template (c:\program files\inteliscan\inteliscan.ntf) to Lotus Notes installation »\data« folder
- In Lotus Notes client create new database with »inteliscan.ntf« template selected
- Adjust security parameters and user permissions on newly created database

USAGE |

- In main view select »add scan«; the scanning interface opens
- To begin scanning, click the »scan« icon; the document is being scanned.
- The scanned document is shown in window
- You can now add a new scan, zoom the image in and out, delete it, etc.
- To save the scan and close the scanning interface select »File -> Save and Exit«
- The document is now safely stored in the database.
For easier document recognition and searching you can add to the document some extra information.
